Two things are worth knowing before you read anything else, because they catch people out. First, passing needs both a composite of 75.0 or higher and the chart minimum on every event you take ¶3.1, 3.6.1: a strong run does not rescue a failed push-up score. Second, cardio is 50 of the 100 points ¶3.7.1, which means it deserves roughly half your training time and almost never gets it.
